Shipping policy

Shipping is now available to the following countries & regions:

USA, Canada, continental Europe, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

We are planning to expand shipping to additional global destinations shortly.

If you wish to receive information about destinations not listed, please sign up for updates

Please allow 2- 3 business days for orderprocessing after your purchase is complete.

Shipping times for Jewelry & wall art:

USA: 2-8 business days 

Canada: 3 - 12 business days

Europe: 3 - 12 business days

International: 5 - 14 business days

Shipping times for duvet covers, pillow cases, aprons:

USA & Canada: 5-8 business days

Other destinations: 10 - 20 business days

Once an order is placed, we will send you an email confirming the details of your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email notification with your tracking details. Please allow for 24hrs for the link to activate.

 

Orders containing different items may ship in multiple shipments. If you haven't received all items, be sure to check each tracking number for the order in your account.  Please also make sure to open each box received in case it holds multiple items.

If the package gets lost in transit, please notify us so we can arrange to re-ship another one. Please allow us 10 work days for the reprocessing

If the package was marked as delivered as per tracking information, please communicate with your local post office to verify as to why it was marked delivered yet you do not have the package.

Items Not Received case should be reported within 2 months from the time it was marked as shipped.

Returns and exchanges

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us by email and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Be sure to include in your email your order number and photos of the damaged product, as well as the shipping details.

Please note that damaged products must be unused and reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. If reported after 14 days of receipt of your order, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

Damaged items will be replaced.

Products

We offer wood frames in Natural wood and Black colors, and Aluminum frames in gold color. Please check the offered frame type and color in the product page for each art print.

Our frames are a wonderful way to showcase your art print. The elegant design of the frames brings a super stylish touch to any interior.

Note: Art print and frame are delivered together not mounted. The frame needs to be mounted by the end-recipient. Mounting of the frames is simple and standard. The closing mechanism is bendy bits or swivel clip.

For frames produced in US, we also include a sawtooth hanger that needs to be pressed into the frame to enable the poster to be hung.

Art prints and frames are delivered together unmounted.

We currently don't offer to mount the poster and frame together before shipping to customers. We have chosen to do so to be able to expand our footprint of where we have poster+frames capabilities and be fast and effective in serving our customers

This way we can insure quick deliveries to our customers.

Our products are printed on high quality paper/ fabrics using state of the art print technology.

We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.

We go to great lengths to ensure that our online images accurately represent the actual prints. The actual prints look much better in person than they do online, as it is hard to capture the detail and depth of vibrant colors with online images.

Due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer/mobile may be slightly different on the print you receive.
